BIOGRAPHY

Hi there! I’m Micah, a sophomore studying math. Outside of the classroom, I love skating with Inline Insomniacs and Illini Speed, playing clarinet in volleyball band and learning guitar, and planning events for my floor as a Resident Advisor. I've been a camp counselor for the past four summers, and now I’m really excited to keep spending time outside, see the country, and support such a great cause!

PERSONAL STATEMENT

I joined the Illini 4000 team because it allowed me to combine my love of the outdoors, passion for cycling, and my desire to help others. While incredible progress is being made on cancer treatment, the fight against cancer as a whole continues to be underfunded, leaving many people without the support they need. Through I4K, I have the opportunity to make a real impact by raising funds to support essential cancer research and offering hope to those affected by this disease.
