Last weekend, 21 members of the Illini 4000, set off across the cold, wet, and windy Illinois landscape for Homer Lake in their first training ride of the season. While the conditions were less than ideal and several problems slowed our initial progress, the weather eventually cleared up, before deciding to hail upon us as we rode back into town on the return trip. In total, we all learned quite a bit about riding in groups and look forward to our journey next weekend.
