BIOGRAPHY

Hello! I'm Harbin, a junior in electrical engineering who's excited to be part of the 2025 team. As a student, my career goals involve researching and developing neural prosthetics or brain computer interfaces to be used for biomedical research, or clinical use. In my free time off research and studies, I enjoy jamming to music, cooking meals, and finding new places to explore.

PERSONAL STATEMENT

Biking casually and exploring nature has always been a love of mine, so I4K was naturally appealing to me. The idea of biking across America had always been in my mind, but it was solidified when I found the supportive community behind I4K. Being able to train and embark on this ride with others from various backgrounds also makes it a chance to learn more. As part of I4K, the mission is to help fund cancer research and support individuals that have been affected by cancer. Cancer has not personally affected me, but I understand that so many others are or have been affected by it. For me, this is a journey that is enriching as I listen to more perspectives from others, as well as an opportunity to help others spread their stories and find support.
